Istanbul / Turkey has several interesting districts. On this walk we are in Karaköy with the Galata Tower. We start the walk on a packed viewing platform of this 6th century tower. The view of Istanbul is great up there yet it takes us some 5 minutes to get down and to the street (jump to
08:00).

We walk towards the İstiklal street with many restaurants - there and in the the side streets. After checking this vibrant area we head towards Taksim square. Passing through the Taksim Gezi Park we head downhill to the Dolmabahçe Clock Tower where we end this walk.
