Walking in SINGAPORE πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬

Chinatown to Marina Bay and Gardens

On this walk in Singapore we visit the Chinatown district of the city-state. We start the tour at China Town Point shopping mall to the MRT station. We walk South into China town with the heritage houses with restaurants and bars.

During this hot afternoon it’s less busy on the streets so we also check out sights like the Sri Mariamman Temple, the city’s oldest Hindu temple features that was built in 1827. There are many streets to explore so we also see some backstreets and smaller lanes like Mohammed Ali Lane with murals.

It’s time to head to the Downtown area. The buildings are modern here in the business district. Our tour continues towards the Marina Bay and the famous Sands hotel. We go through there to get to the Marina Bay Gardens, where we end this tour.
