Mostar, Bosnia

Mostar spans the Neretva River in southern Herzegovina with 105,000 residents. Famous for the Stari Most bridge—originally designed by Ottoman architect Mimar Hayruddin in 1566 and rebuilt in 2004—the town is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
